Warranty Information

Cellvage (PTY) Ltd offers Warranty & Guarantee on all devices sold. If you have any issue within the first 7 days of receiving your device, please report it immediately. Product must be in the same condition as sent in and contain their original packing and accessories.

If 7 days have passed, Cellvage (PTY) Ltd will arrange a collection of faulty products for inspection before a replacement can be dispatched. Should the product be found to be fully functional with no faults, Customers will be liable for collect and return courier costs.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Cellvage (PTY) Ltd offers a 3 month warranty across all its products, from the date of purchase and/or delivery of the product. During this warranty period Cellvage (PTY) Ltd will in a commercially reasonable time remedy defects in materials, design and workmanship free of charge by repairing or, should Cellvage (PTY) Ltd in its discretion deem it necessary, replace the product in accordance with its limited warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUDES

The warranty period begins at the time of the purchase and subsequent delivery of the product by the first end-user

The warranty excludes:
Normal wear and tear a. Including without limitation, wear and tear of the screen, camera lenses, batteries or displays. b. Defects or damage caused by rough handling (including, without limitation defects caused by sharp items, bending, compressing or dropping etc.)c. Defects or damage caused by misuse of product, including use that is contrary to the operating instructions associated with the purchased goods.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with or connected to any product, accessory, software and / or service not manufactured by or supplied with the device, or was used otherwise than for its intended use. Defects can be caused by viruses from you or from third party by unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. This unauthorized access can take place through hacking, password mining or through variety of other means.

This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short circuited or by the fact that the seals or the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified for.

This limited warranty is not enforceable if the product has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than Cellvage (PTY) Ltd, or someone approved by Cellvage (PTY) Ltd in writing. If it is repaired using unauthorized spare parts, or if the product serial number, the mobile accessory date code or the IME number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or illegible in any way and this shall be determined in the sole discretion of Cellvage (PTY) Ltd.

This limited warranty is not enforceable if the product has been exposed to moisture, to dampness or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions or to rapid changes in such conditions, to corrosion, to oxidization, to spillage of food or liquid or to influence from chemical products. The determination of such damaged is assessed through the standard indicators embedded in the product.
