Returns & Refunds

Goods may be returned only when defective or damaged. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 7 days after delivery. Any damage to the goods received must be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.

If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you bring the product to our premises. Alternatively, you may courier the item to us and you will be credited or refunded for the courier costs incurred, dependant on the device being incorrect or faulty. If no fault is found you will be liable for the courier costs before the device can be returned to you.

If you are returning Goods via courier please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged en route. Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return.

Note: We recommend that you use a Courier or the South African Postal Services that offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline for all returns. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
